It’s perfect for couples who have made a head start on their wedding planning (perhaps have booked the venue and confirmed some suppliers) and have an idea of what they want. But in need of professional help along the way with sourcing additional vendors, design creation, long to-do list or tie-up any loose ends. 

This is where I come in. I continue with any elements you have started with that may require some further assistance and offer guidance and support with the final details of your wedding. I will help you regardless of what stage you are with your planning and ensure your wedding plans and ideas come together to create your dream wedding. 

On the wedding day itself, I’ll be there to manage everything behind the scenes and ensure your day runs seamlessly.

Pre-Wedding Coordination

What to expect before your wedding day...

• Handover meeting 6 weeks before your wedding date.

• Unlimited communications via phone/email 6 weeks prior to your big day.

• Venue visit – Prewedding walkthrough of your wedding venue 6 weeks prior to your big day.

• Wedding day schedule creation and management.

• Attendance and Coordination of wedding ceremony rehearsal.

On The Day Coordination

What to expect on your wedding day...

• My team of coordinators and I will act as the main liaison for your guests, venue and all suppliers to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly from beginning to end.

• Coordination of order of events including the bridal prep, ceremony, and reception.

• Access to “Wedding Day Emergency kit”

• Supervision of wedding day set-up

• Up-to 10 hours of coordination on the day of your wedding.
